How do I return an item?

Send us an email at info@bornonafriday.com with your name and address.  We will send instructions on how to return your item along with a reference number for your return.
 

How long do I have to return an item?

If you are based in Canada or the USA, you have 21 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. All items must be received in original condition. Returns are made at your cost.  We recommend you use a tracking service for returns to guarantee that they have been received.

We are unable to process International returns at this time.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us at info@bornonafriday.com so we can make things right.

 

How can I track the status of my return?

We will send you an email as soon as we receive your return and again when we have processed your refund.

 

Shipping and handling

The cost of your items includes shipping and handling from our warehouse to you. If you wish to return any items, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs back to us.
